An asessee purchases Yarn, Gets fabricated through a unregistered Fabricator . It itself does not have machinery
as such.Is it practically possible to claim GST Refund I?t is not filing Jobwork Returns also

Question of GST Refund for the converstion of Yarn to Fabrics not possible. The end product is taxable however u can take ITC for the input of raw mterail viz Yarn, as the converstion done by unregistered, . GST refund is not possible on your process.
