a salaried person is having rental income. salary Rs.15 per annum rent Rs.10 lakhs per annum. for liable to regn purpose Rs.22 L or Rs.10 L to be taken.

In my view not liable for registration as the salary cannot be considered for calculating total turnover as the same is not considered as supply under schedule 3.

in my view, salary is not considered as supply, so not liable for registration for rental income.
further the person paying rent have to deposit Gst on reverse charge if not registered

Not liable to take gst registration as salary is neither a supply of good not supply or service and is not considered while calculating aggregate turnover.
