INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE COUNTED FOR BANK AUDITS & PSU's
Dear Admin, i am holding full time COP in Individual name since last 2.5 years. Now i am joined partnership firm as a active partner ( also holding Individual Practice) with another CA, Who is holding full time COP in Sole Proprietorship also a Partner in another firm as well.
My question is whether i am eligible for Bank Audit on 01.01.2019 in individual capacity or firm.
If not, can i dissolve the partnership and continue individual, then is that my individual practice experience will be counted for the same
Please guide me on this issue to take any immediate action.

Either empanel ur proprietorship or partnership firm. Only one will be counted..
