Sir,
There is no prohibition on the part of HUF to receive commission income under the income tax act. HUFs can do commission or agency business.

yes, HUF can received commission income if it is nature where no personal skill is required. for example, HUF is doing family business, huf can received commission income in related to that bsuiness.
