Responding to Tender

As per notification dt. 07042016, CA cannot respond to tenders where minimum fees is not prescribed. What action ICAI will take if found guilty on breach of above notification ? Where to complaint about breach of above notification by CAs and CA Firms ?

If a CA contravened any of the guidelines issued, he will be found guilty under clause 1 of part II of the second schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. He will be liable for disciplinary action under Section 21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Complaint to Disciplinary Directorate.
