Revision of Tax Audit Report
Is revision of Tax Audit report permitted if subsequent to any other audit certain omissions were detected.

Audit report can be revised after rejecting previously uploaded audit report by assessee by mentioning reasons for rejections.

Generally speaking it is no. You cannot revised Tax Audit report. Technically it may be revised. on revision it may consider gross negligence on the part of the CA. In case of revision, the audit report should be given in the manner suggested by the Institute in SA-560 (Revised) “Subsequent Events”
