Sir,
An educational society is not registered U/S 12AA of IT Act and its gross receipts are 135 lacs . is it required to be audited U/s 44AB of IT Act and which form of ITR is to be filled.

Even if registration u/s.12AA is not obtained audit under section 44AB is required in this case. ITR-7 is to be filed.
