Conversion from Sole Proprietorship to Partnership
Please apprise whether a Chartered Accountant practicing as Sole Proprietorship Firm can be converted into a Partnership Firm and whether the Partnership Firm would be considered as having existence from the date on which the proprietorship firm had been established.
Further, also please inform whether the original Sole Proprietorship Firm name as registered with the Institute, can be retained.
