Registration
A dealer is already registered in maharashtra and has place of business in maharashtra only. He has purchased goods through tender in Madhyapradesh (MP). Goods is stored in MP . Now dealers wants sell this goods across the india.
Whether dealer would be required to take registration in the state of MP or he can sell though GSTIN of Maharashtra ?

From the facts it appears that the dealer is a Non-Resident dealer in MP and hence required compulsory registration in MP more so when he stocks the goods in MP itself for supply from there to various other locations.

He will have to register in MP as he has a place of business there as the goods are stored and despatches are to be made from there. He can not bill in MP in his Maharastra GSTN.
