TDS return for Q4 --- acknowledgement of previous return i.e. Q3 not available
For Filing TDS return for Q4 , Token number of previous return i.e. Q3 is required and it is not available with the clients . So how to file Q4 return ?

Assuming you have filed the return at any facilitation center approved by NSDL, just go the facilitation center and provide the details such as TAN, quarter no. etc. They will provide you the copy of acknowledgment.
Alternatively, you need to submit a request at NSDL HO for issue of acknowledgment no.

It is not necessary to get the token number of immediately previous return. You can provide token number of any of the previous period. If at all not available then request with NSDL HO or get in touch with TIN FC, where it suppose to have been filed.
