TDS on listing fee and interest to BSE
1. Whether listing fee paid to Bombay stock exchange is liable to TdS? 2. Whether interest on listing fee is liable to TDS?

On a look at the various provisions requiring TDS I am of the view that none are applicable to fee paid to stock exchanges.

while listing fee is not liable to tds, the interest for belated payment is liable to tds
