Please guide us do we need to attach cash flow in all cases while auditing filling gstr -9c

YEs . It was requested by ICAI to exempt small Business from the Cash Flow statement as they are not required to make the same for their financial audit, but no action from government side till date

Yes. Since there is no clarification from Govt. on the suggestions, only for small scale businesses, by ICAI in this regard, we have to attach a cash flow statement along with Form GSTR 9C.
