yes . as of now it has to be stated from the 1st October 2019, 1st return by 20th Nov 2019

GST ANX-1 (replaced for GSTR-1)
will be applicable to large taxpayers having turnover above RS. 5 crore from October-2019 and for small taxpayers having turnover below Rs. 5 crore from January, 2020. GST PMT-08 (replaced for GSTR-3B) for small taxpayers will be applicable from October, 2019 and GST-RET-01 for all taxpayers from January, 2020.
