GST on resident welfare association
Dear Colleagues,
A resident welfare Association having about 100 apartments. Out of which 60 apartments being charged monthly maintenance of less than Rs 7500 per month. balance apartments are unsold. For the unsold apartments maintenance will be paid by builder. In all likelihood such maintenance would cross inr 7500 per month eventhough per apartment maintenance it would be less than 7500. Whether maintenance charged by Resident welfare association to the builder is liable to GST
