permission for promoting indian classical music i n USA

My client is a Society registered under the Societies Act as well as u,s 12 A of come tax Act for promption of dian cssical music , art & culture. It would like to promote the dian cssical music USA and other countries by holdg certa musical programmes there and conductg short term courses, workshops abroad. It has been dog these activities dia for st 15 years.What are the permissions required and the procedure for the same.
