FEMA

An organisaion dog charity is registered and auhorised to receive foreign contribution from out dia.
My query is whether the organisation can receive any donation from a foreigner who may or may not be a person of dian orig but is DIA at the time of givg donaion or the donation should come from out dia only
kdly enlighten me about the acceptance of such donation contravenes the provisions of FEMA '
