annual compliances - max penalty
Can someone please tell me- what are the maximum penalty and interest if any- if ROC compliances not done annually for last - 3 years of newly incorporated company-
For
1. AOC- 4
2. MGT-7A
3. ADT-1
IF the transactions are nil
and 2nd - if there are transactions.
