service tax
whether service is liable to be paid by the recognised stitute ( or coachg centre) ( recognised by sikkim manipal university)on its short term computer courses addition to recognised degree courses ( B.com, MBA etc.) which are provided by the stitute. For degree courses the stitute is collectg fees from the students on University name, whereas for its own computer courses it is directly collectg the fees. '
