Incorporation of 100% Forign Subsidiary (Pvt Co.)
A private limited company is to be corporated promoted by a foreign Co. along with 100% FDI commg through Automatic Route under FEMA guideles. All the directors of the subsidiary company will be foreign personnals.
My Query is what are the legal requirements to be fulfilled to get the subsidiary company corporated dia and what documents need to be filed for the pupose?
Is there any checklist for this? '
