a research stitute workg under STITUTE OF AGRICULTURE RESEARCH,gave some tg services to a company.ICAR is registerd under societies registration act.The come of the research stitute is exempted under section 10(21).I want to know whether TDS is not to be deducted on the amount beg paid to this research stitute for the services provided by it? '
