Creation of HUF

Dear All

One of my client has herted agriculture nd from his parrent and grand parent. He is satisfyg the all condition of creation of H.U.F. like that two mail member etc.

My query is that whether the herted agricultural nd will be the property of his H.U.F.or his dividual property.
