Education fees paid to Foreign University?

Sir,
Can we cim deduction u,s.80c for Education fees paid to Foreign University? this fees respect of tution,term fees, havg all the marit as the case of tution fees paid to dian stitute,Univeristy except it is paid to Abroad.
