Annexures to Form no. 16
Whether the employer,drawg officer has to issue, alongwith form no. 16, a sary certificate and all other statements and certificates that are necessary and help the employee computg his come from sary properly. If such annexures to form no. 16 are not issued can the employee-assessee approach the Assessg Officer or any other authority. Please enlighten. Thank you. '
