Service Tax Liability
My Client is a developer of nd at Bhiwandi. He makes a development agreement and develops nd of the ndowners. He gives contract to construct godowns to contractors along with bour and rial. All the contractors are not registered under service Tax. Will I be liable for Service Tax Payment. Are there any notification regardg this. '
