Mr. A is Director in ABC Ltd, ABC Ltd got Amalgamated with PQR Ltd, Later on Mr. A Resigned as Director of PQR Limited - Amalgamated Entity.

But the Director master data of Mr. A is Still showing as Director in ABC Ltd.
