REMUNERATION TO THE FOUNDER TRUSTEE OF A PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST

One of my clients is a Public Charitable Trust registered u,s 12 A(a).It is runng a hospital a rural area.

As per one of the cuses of the Trust Deed,no funds or other property of the Trust shall be paid to or distributed among the trustees,nomees but shall be applied towards the furtherence of the objects of the trust or for any charitable purposes.
The founder Trustee is performg the day to day activities of the Trust.He tends to draw a remuneration of Rs.10000,- pm towards services rendered by him.
Please advise if it is correct. '
