Can a CA can sign in green ink?
Can a Chartered Accountant can use green ink pen to sign Statuotory audit reports.

There is no such restrictions imposed by the ICAI to sign in green ink or not. Its generally a accepted market convention that stamps and pen are used are of green color by the chartered accountants

I am not aware of any law or rule specifying the colour of the ink used for signature.

There is no restriction for sign in colour pen , like blue, black, green. It is generally used by the passing officer in the Govt. Deptt.

In India what is to be seen generally is the prohibition of an act. If it is not expressly or impliedly prohibited it is taken as permitted. The use of green ink is not the prerogative of the govt officials.
