Registration of Milk Society
A milk society has major turnover of milk to the extent of say Rs 1crore exempt from tax. Only a minimum amount of entrance fees from members are collected to the extent of Rs. 900- Plain reading of section 22 makes the same liable to registration. Whether such society is required to get registered.
