GSt service
A person is selling on E Commerce and had to take GST number though sale was less than 40 Lacs. Now this person wants to take insurance agency where he will get commission from Insurance company. Whether this service will be required
to be added in GST .

Yes Sir , Very Much , you need to add your services in the GST Certificate . Once you have taken the registration , now you will be under the ambit of Statute.

Yes. It has to be added. If GST registration is obtained, all other GST provisions will be applicable as well.

yes. he has ti inclde that also and raise a bill on the insurance co on forward charge basis for the commission.
