A Municipal Corporation collects
(1) Rs. 100/- towards charges for application forms for awas yojna (under Affordable Housing)
(2) Charges for tender application documents for awarding various outsourced work of corporation.
Whether GST is applicable in both the cases?
If yes under which head GST is to be collected.
