STK - 8 Signing power
a company wants to file STK 2 for strike off.
now as attachment, STK-8 is required to be signed by a CA in practice.
company has not appointed any CA since beginning.
my query is, who can sign STK - 8 (STATEMENT OF AFFAIRS) : a CA in practice not being auditor of that company OR an auditor to be appointed first and then auditor will sign.
