Partnership by will
A proprietorship was converted into Partnership at will a few years back consisting of the Prop of the old firm and two new Partners (his brothers) Now the Proprietor of Old firm who is Partner now wants to dissolve the existing Partnership firm.
Can he do so under Partnership Act . He does not want to resign from Partnership.

If other two partners (brothers in this case) agree to dissolve the firm,then he can prepare dissolution deed to dissolve the firm.
