Does Pvt Ltd company also need to apply CG for removal of auditor before term?
How Pvt. Ltd company can remove erring director not participating in business, not attending board meetings ?

For removal of auditors it is required to get CG approval and remove the director in the AGM./EGM by the shareholders.
