REQUIREMENT OF UDIN
Whether generation of UDIN is required for the experience certificate issued to retiring staff of a chartered accountant firm?

My understanding says NO since UDIN is for certificates/reports ,issued by an ICAI member, in relation to the profession.

As per my knowledge, UDIN is not mandatory here since it is mandatory for Certificates and Reports issued by CA, and for the meaning of the certificates here, one may visit the ICAI's Guidance Note on Reports or Certificates for Special Purposes(revised 2016).
