RWA Tax Rate

Whether a Resident Welfare Association can take benefit of basic exemption of Rs.2.50 lacs. And ar which rate the RWA is taxed.

Yes, if the RWA is registered as an AOP under the Societies Registration Act,1860 or under the corresponding state law but not under the Co- Operative societies Act, 1912.
