e commerce operator
One person wants to sale products through amazon.He will purchase goods from registered suppliers.
Will he be treated as e-commerce operator ??
It is pertinent to mention that he has already taken registration as e-commerce operator few days ago.Now amazon people say that TCS will be deducted by them not by him ??
How should he go about it ?? Will he amend or cancel his registration as ecommerce operator ??

No, we will not be treated as e-commerce operator. Amazon will be the E-commerce operator and will make payment of goods sold through it after deducting TCS @1%. That person does not need to resgister as e-commerce operator.

He is a dealer selling on Amajon not ECom Operator .TCS deducted by Amajon can be claimed as Refund being Excess Balance in cash Ledger.

He will not be treated as E commerce operator. Amazon has to deduct the TCS on sale made through online platform.
