PAYMENTS TO A REMOTE PROGRAMMER IN ABROAD - WHETHER TDS U/S. 195 IS REQUIRED TO BE DEDUCTED
One of our client hires a Remote Programmer through Upwork portal occasionally and pays him / her in foreign currency. Whether we need to deduct TDS u/s.195 since the person is not located / not resident in India.
Could anyone pls advise?
