Whats the remedy against 197 lower ded certificate issued u/s 197 in case of nri

NRI lower TDS certificate - Section 197 lower TDS with the Jurisdictional Income tax authority if this application is submitted in Form-13 for lower/Nil TDS Certificate is ok. As on which income TDS is deducted is not mentioned no question of remedy arises
