An Individual Sold his Residential house in Feb 21 and made a construction of an old plot since 2018-19 to July 21 i.e construction complete before 1 year of Sale
Can we claim Exemption u/s. 54 on capital gain earned on Sale of house . if yes pl. suggest some case law in support (if possible)
