Filing of Form 10BD
Sir,
If a society having approval U/s 80G, is not having any donation during the F.Y. 2021-22, than do we need to file form 10BD ?

No. If no donation is received, Form 10BD is not required to be filed.

Not required as there are mandatory fields in the form it is not possible to file nil return.
