Belated Audit Report
As per the Finance act 2022, now ITR of 2 previous AY can be filed.
Now utility for the same is also available for 1 & 4. Other may also be made available soon.
My question is whether audit reports can also be submitted for such AY.

No, because 139(8A) is only to update the return of income.

No. It has to be filed on or before due date and if not filed penalty under section 271b is applicable.

No. Only income tax returns can be filed subject to conditions as stipulated in section 139(8A).

Only return boss. Not the audit report. Read the section 139(8A) very carefully and go ahead.
