Belated Audit Report

UDIN can't be generated beyond 2 month period and AGM is to be held by 30th Sept 2022. In such scenario how UDIN on Audit report could be generated for FY 2021-22 and even for current year

For F.Y.2022-23, last date of AGM was 30 September,2023. Hence UDIN can be generated for audit report of F.Y.2022-23.

YOU CAN CREATE UDIN FOR 2022-23 BUT NOT FOR 2021-22. ONE PRACTICAL APPROACH WOULD BE CREATING UDIN ON LAST POSSIBLE DATE AS TO AVOID NON COMPLIANCE BUT I AM NOT SURE IF THAT WOULD BE 100% OKAY BUT ONLY PRACTICAL SOLUTION

You can generate UDIN for F.Y 2021-22 on or before 28th November i.e 60 days from 30th Sept. same for current year also. Just need to check time gap Prescribed between two meetings.
