Transfer of Assets between branches - Applicability of GST
Is Transfer of Assets between branches within same state is liable to GST? The entity is registered at only one place in state.
Please clarify

Not liable to GST because POS is within the state and between same person. all the assets purchase in the name of the registered person for all branches and ITC claimed accordingly. Only E-way bill and challan for transportation of asset required.
