BRANCH IN CHARGE AS A PARTNER
I had posted my Query as follows on 09th March, 2022
Currently I am holding COP and having FRN. Now I want to join another CA firm as partner. My Question is whether there is any restriction/condition that person holding FRN as a proprietor can't became branch in charge of other CA firm as partner? Can one CA be branch in charge of the office of CA firm as partner and simultaneously have FRN as proprietor?
I want to add further comment on it however, link is not appearing
In this regard I again want to confirm that there is no restriction on becoming BRANCH IN CHARGE OF OTHER FIRM AS A PARTNER in addition to having own FRN.
The only issue will be that either of these firms will be eligible for empanelment
Am I correct?
